Getting started

• Capture anything, fast — voice, typed text, from the Lock Screen, Control Center, Siri, or Back Tap. Nothing is lost between having a thought and it being recorded.
• Every capture asks one question — is this an Action, something Owed to you, a Reference, or an Idea? Deciding what something is happens once, deliberately.
• Deliver follows through — Today's queue, daily Check-ins, and a nudge in "Needs you" when something is slipping.

Common questions

• Do I need an account? No. Deliver works fully offline with no sign-in — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what stays on your device.
• Voice capture isn't recognizing me well — Deliver auto-detects English, Spanish, and Portuguese. If it's picking the wrong language repeatedly, email the exact phrase that failed and which language it should have been.
• A calendar block or Shortcut isn't working — include your iOS version and what you expected to happen; these usually come down to a permission that needs re-granting in Settings.
